 Mike is an authority on Michigan probate and trust law. Mike spent 25 years in the professional fiduciary setting, where his work experience included all aspects of estate planning, administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts, probate and non-probate estate settlement, and the preparation of income and transfer tax returns for individuals, trusts and estates.  

Mike is a graduate of the Wayne State University School of Law (LL.M.) graduate program in Taxation, the Detroit College of Law (JD) and Michigan State University (BS).  While working for his Juris Doctor degree, Mike was Editor of the Detroit College Of Law Review.

 Mike holds a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan

 Mike is a mediator certified under the SCAO general civil mediation training program.
